Each 15 gallon bag is hand packed, and comes from sustainably managed forests in Northern California. This is the only potting mix on the market that can say all its ingredients are derived in the United States. 


Through many trials and tribulations we have created the perfect bag of potting mix for retail stores. The Dunes Cactus and Succulent Mix was created a little over a year into our business. After replanting a very popular hard kombucha companies cacti in Santa Monica, we soon started to get complaints of fungus gnats. Yikes!! After lots of research and many hours of sourcing we stumbled upon some information on peppermint essential oils. Low and behold an all natural product had the capability of fighting off these unwanted "guests". Working along side San Diego's #1 soil and potting mix company we started creating a product that would drain faster, absorb nutrients better, and most importantly keep those unwanted guests out of our potting mixes.
